Anything is possible when Loop’s customers engage their world class IT security services. This was the starting point for reinvigorating the Loop brand with a whole new web presence.

​The Challenge

A long-term Bang client, IT security experts Loop approached us saying it was time to update their brand image with a new web site, refreshed business positioning, and a design look and feel makeover.

The main challenge was in evolving Loop’s imagery and existing narrative. Moving from a product centric story and sturdy visuals such as lighthouses, castle battlements, and pathways – to more of a consultative partnership tale from our security experts, complete with a renewed focus on positive business growth and outcomes for the customer.

The main creative takeaway should be a sense that Loop is “right there with you”.

The Solution

Our approach was to scope and plan a comprehensive web redesign project including: brand strategy, concept development, designing and building the new site, writing copy, SEO optimisation, front end development, and a content management system.

Exciting outdoor adventure themed imagery sets the scene on the home page utilising an innovative digital web design approach featuring full screen motion video. The footage depicts mountain biking, downhill snow skiing, and kayaking through rocky river rapids; while a consistent brand positioning headline reads: “Take on any business challenge knowing we’ve got your back”.

The Results

The new web site has launched, gaining Loop new leads and a wealth of positive feedback.
